Job description

Workplace: Wrocław

Cooperation within the internal technical team and ongoing collaboration with the Residential Project Manager, Construction Manager, and other investor supervision inspectors
Verification and opinion on design documentation from the concept phase to as-built and post-construction documentation based on investor guidelines, in terms of solution optimization, error elimination, and compliance with the company standard
Supervision over the execution of sanitary installation works, in accordance with technical documentation, building law regulations, and norms
Ongoing monitoring and quality control of works performed on the construction site
Confirmation of the General Contractor's work progress (quantities completed)
Conducting investor inspections of residential/commercial units before handing them over to clients
Active participation in acceptance and formal-legal procedures related to the completion of the Investment

Building license for directing construction works in the field of installation, concerning electrical and electro-energy networks, installations, and devices (without limitations)
Readiness to undertake cooperation on the basis of full professional exclusivity (no competitive activity or supervision over other investments during the contract period)
Practical ability to verify and analyze design documentation and technical drawings in CAD/PDF formats.
Very good knowledge of building law regulations, technical conditions (WT), and industry norms (especially regarding installations and fire protection regulations).
Independence in action, assertiveness in contacts with the General Contractor, and high organizational and interpersonal skills.
