Your main responsibilities will be: Perform Visual Inspection according to the acceptance criteria applicable to the product. Perform liquid penetrant testing, according to operation sheets and applicable standards. Perform cleaning of Fittings according to the process applicable to the Part Number. Manage and perform the necessary process controls for the optimal functioning of the FPI line. Ensure that the consumables used in FPI are in the correct place and within their expiration period, notify the supervisor on duty in case of reaching the minimum necessary to maintain the line in functionality. Perform marking of parts according to the specification required in the process documentation. Perform basic rework on inspected parts. Read, review, validate, and store generated records. Record inspections of products according to specifications. Identification of components that are in the inspection process, stopped due to a discrepancy found during inspection. Provide feedback based on the results obtained from the inspection to the deburring and machining operators. Perform audits of product and process in accordance with Visual Inspection acceptance criteria. Maintain and preserve instruments and ensure they are within their calibration period. Interested?
