Inspector of Insurance/Unit Manager

Main responsibilities:

• permanently develops a team of financial consultants, through permanent recruitment and selection activity;
• develops the portfolio of life insurance and general insurance, both by involving team members and developing your own insurance portfolio;
• responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by GRAWE, in line with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly;
• organizes, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, and is responsible for the sales activity and results of the coordinated team of agents.

We expect from you/Your profile:

• higher or secondary education;
• professional training courses specific to the field;
• experience in insurance sales, minimum 1 year;
• holding a position coordinating a sales team for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• knowledge of life insurance product characteristics;
• knowledge of PC operation (MS Office package);
• planning and organization skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• negotiation and presentation skills;
• team coordination, integrity, and ethics skills;
• holding the ISF certification for professional training in the insurance field is a mandatory condition.
