Inventory Inspector - Mexico (Junior to Senior)
Job description
We are looking for Inventory Inspectors (Junior to Senior) Mexico – Tabasco | Veracruz | Ciudad del Carmen | Chiapas ️ Job scope ✔️ Physical inventory counts execution in warehouses and yards; ✔️ Verification of labeling, identification, and traceability of materials; ✔️ Review and validation of documentation associated with the inventory; ✔️ Reconciliation between physical stock and system records; ✔️ Participation in periodic and recurring inspections throughout the year; ✔️ Interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards; ✔️ Reporting and analysis of findings and recommendations for process improvements; ✔️ Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences; ✔️ Development and maintenance of procedures and guidelines for inventory management; Interacción con proveedores y partes interesadas internas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad; Informe y análisis de hallazgos y recomendaciones para mejoras procesuales; Colaboración con equipos interfuncionales para implementar acciones correctivas y prevenir ocurrencias futuras; Desarrollo y mantenimiento de procedimientos y directrices para el manejo del inventario; Interac…
