Safety Inspector

Are you looking for a workplace with the most beautiful view in the Netherlands? A role where you are not just a number ticking off lists, but the expert who guarantees the safety of others? At Eurosafe, we are looking for an Inspector who takes responsibility, is technically sharp, and enjoys the freedom to make their own choices. It doesn't matter what industry you come from. What matters to us is the type of person you are. Do you have the right attitude? Then we will teach you the trade.

The Role

As an Inspector, you are Eurosafe's critical eye on location. You visit various projects throughout the Netherlands daily, from complex industrial installations to large-scale residential construction. You are the last and most important link: only when you put your signature down do people working at heights know that they are safe.

• Verification and Inspection: you inspect and test fall protection systems, rail systems, and personal protective equipment, determining whether a system meets the strictest safety requirements.
• Reporting and Advice: you process your findings in clear reports and directly advise the client on how to improve safety and performance.
• Contributing to Solutions: you look beyond the standard checklist. Because you are on the roof, you are the first to see where risks lie or where improvements can be made.
• Freedom and Trust: you are given control over your own day and responsibility for your own projects. You work independently and use your expertise as you see fit.

What We Offer

• A challenging job with maximum freedom, responsibility, and trust.
• €3,000 - €3,800 gross per month on a full-time basis.
• 38 days off per year: 25 vacation days and 13 ATV (interim working time) days based on a full-time contract.
• A well-equipped company van and a phone.
• Room for personal development through the in-house Eurosafe Academy.
• The opportunity to work at the most unique locations in the Netherlands, with a different view every day.

What We Ask of You

You don't need to be a seasoned inspector. Your background is less important than who you are as a person. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and a healthy dose of common sense.

• You think logically and have a keen eye for detail. You understand that your judgment makes the difference between safety and danger.
• You have technical knowledge, built up in a technical profession or a technical work environment.
• You show ownership and handle the freedom and trust to make independent decisions on the roof well.
• You communicate clearly and calmly explain your findings to the client. You are the expert at that moment.
• You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors. Working at heights is a thrill for you, and you are willing to learn.
• You have a B driving license. This is essential for visiting clients throughout the country.

About Eurosafe

Eurosafe has a family-like, down-to-earth, and entrepreneurial culture. More than 160 employees ensure safe workplaces at heights, in confined spaces, and near water. They themselves keep their feet on the ground. There is almost no hierarchy: management works alongside the employees, and decisions are made quickly. Zwolle offers the conveniences of a large city without the big-city inconveniences. This makes for enjoyable work and living.

To be honest, you won't be walking into a situation with no challenges. You will be traveling independently a lot, covering distances, and the course may change if the market or organization requires it. This demands an inspector who remains calm in a changing landscape and dares to set their own course. No bureaucracy, just get things done.
