Key Responsibilities:

You'll be:

• Working alongside the Partner to deliver high-quality insolvency and corporate recovery work

• Supporting insolvency practitioners, administrators, and trustees in bankruptcy

• Handling your own caseload and assisting in more complex legal matters

• Developing skills in insolvency law, negotiation, and client communication

• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

What we're looking for:

• A qualified or soon-to-qualify Solicitor with an interest in insolvency law

• Motivated, organised, and eager to develop professionally

• Skilled at clear communication, both written and verbal

• Able to manage your workload independently and meet deadlines

• Interested in commercial legal work such as company law, litigation, or property
