Their Insolvency and Business Restructuring team is in a period of significant growth, delivering top tier recovery and restructuring work nationwide. Clients include banks, finance companies, directors, and private investors. You will join a close-knit, high-performing team that values initiative, collaboration, and professional development. Whether you are at Analyst or Senior Manager level, there is scope to shape your future here.

About the Role
  • Manage or support formal insolvency appointments including receiverships, liquidations, and voluntary administrations
  • Secure, recover, and realise assets, including trading of businesses during appointments
  • Conduct investigations and contribute to the development and pursuit of legal claims
  • Analyse the commercial viability of distressed entities and prepare detailed reports
  • Liaise with stakeholders, review creditor claims, and ensure compliance with legislation
About You
  • At least 3 years of insolvency, restructuring, or investigations experience within a New Zealand CA firm
  • CA, CPA, legal qualification, or working towards this
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships under pressure
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
