Inside Venue Operations Manager - FIFA World Cup 26™

As the Inside Venue Ops Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of On Location’s hospitality program at your assigned stadium. Working closely with the Venue Manager and Deputy Venue Manager, you will help ensure that operational plans are executed smoothly, stakeholders remain aligned, and FIFA’s standards are met. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and activities. • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to develop and implement operational plans, including staffing, logistics, and budgeting. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including FIFA officials, sponsors, and clients. • Ensure compliance with FIFA’s regulations and guidelines. • Manage and coordinate a team of venue staff, including hospitality, security, and maintenance personnel. • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the smooth operation of the venue. • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including regular reporting and updates. • Participate in pre-event planning and preparation, including site visits and meetings with key stakeholders. • Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to FIFA’s safety and security protocols. • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in venue operations or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully managing events and activities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. • Familiarity with FIFA’s regulations and guidelines is an asset.
