Inside Sales/Delivery Driver

Job Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities. Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts. Deliver materials to customer job sites. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers * Process orders and returns * Assist with inventory management * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Conduct daily vehicle inspections * Load and unload materials * Deliver materials to customer job sites in a safe and timely manner * Maintain a professional appearance * Assist with warehouse duties as needed Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record * Ability to operate a forklift * Ability to lift 50+ pounds * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience in the construction industry preferred Benefits: At White Cap, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to help our employees stay healthy, feel secure, and maintain a work/life balance.
