- Identify prospects and prepare listings
- Obtain and update lists of individuals' contact details
- Influence customers to buy services by delivering a sales talk to provide product information and price quotations
- Explain products or services in detail
- Call active and potential clients to encourage the purchase of items
- Manage and maintain client lists
- Create and send email campaigns
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers
- Address clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions in a timely manner
Candidate Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
Required Skills
- Proficiency with Excel Formulas (e.g., Pivot Table, Lookups, Conditional formatting, count IF)
- Knowledge of creating MIS Reports
- Good Typing Speed
- Well-versed with Internet Knowledge
- Good spoken English
