Job description
Support the sales team in creating quotes, contracts, and proposals.
Verify customer invoices against recorded hours and project days of our employees and freelancers.
Follow up on incoming invoices, timesheets, and other project-related documents.
Create and manage actions in the ERP system (SX), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
Work closely with the CEO, project managers, and clients to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare billing, reports, and presentations for management.
Continuously optimize sales support, billing, and verification processes.
