We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Specialist (Night Shift) at Interview Node! We’re looking for Inside Sales Specialist who can connect with learners, understand their technical backgrounds, and guide them toward the right learning path. Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Location: Remote / Work from Home Role Type: Full-time Compensation: Upto 11.5 Lakhs fixed 24 Lakhs Incentive Responsibilities: Connect with aspiring software engineers and tech professionals via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Couple of times a week, we will have team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share best practices, and align goals. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field; 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willingness to learn and adapt quickly; Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
