Job Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fintech, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and has a strong desire to learn and grow with the company. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement; • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies; • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role; • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines; • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office Suite; • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
