Inside Sales Representative/Delivery Driver

Job Summary: Responsible for processing orders, email or other electronic communication. Respond to customer order and product inquiries. Provide support to the sales team by developing customer relationships and generating leads. The Inside Sales Representative/Delivery Driver delivers materials to customers in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities: * Perform customer service functions via phone, email and in-person. * Process customer orders, prepare and distribute quotes, and resolve customer inquiries. * Work with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues. * Maintain customer information in company database. * Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members. * Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner. * Load and unload trucks and ensure that products are properly secured. * Operate company vehicles in compliance with all safety and traffic regulations. * Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area. * Inspect vehicles and equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
