Metalworking Solutions (MSI) Inc. would not exist without the success of our amazing sales team! We seek to grow that team and find the right individual to put our customers first by providing solutions to all their machining application needs. If you know nothing about machine tools but are a quick learner, a professional individual, and excel at building relationships, let us teach you!

Duties:

Your duties will include answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Working to build a strong rapport with customers, collecting information, and researching products to provide accurate pricing and delivery information to the customer.
Identifying sales opportunities and staying informed about product and service information updates.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills are a must.
Clear communication and active listening.
The ability to process information well.
The drive to want to service customers and strengthen relationships by providing the commitment and support customers deserve.
A willingness to learn new products.
