Position: Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual, French & English)Location: Dorval, QCSalary: $60,000 - $67,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)Industry: Distribution / Supply Store / Inside Sales / Plumbing / IndustrialEmployment Term: Full-time / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for receiving, generating, and processing sales orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating service needs.
Primary contact for customer issues such as matters as pricing, scheduling, and delivery.
Use selling techniques to increase sales.
Participate in physical inventory, general reports, special sales functions, tradeshows, and reception duties as required.
Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Post-secondary education a definite asset.
2+ years of related Inside Sales experience.
knowledge in mechanical/industrial pipe and fittings, fire protection, and/or general plumbing.
Ability to understand and communicate the technical aspects of the company’s products.
Bilingual, Excellent French verbal and written communication and interpersonal, and negotiation/problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
