Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and other means. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers. • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any customer complaints or issues. • Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
