Title: Inside Sales Representative (Aligned to Middle East Time Zone) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 5 years Role Summary: We are seeking to hire Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team and help spearhead our expansion into the Middle East region. This is a strategic, outbound driven role that will put you at the forefront of building our Middle East sales pipeline from the ground up. Primary Responsibilities: Build and launch outbound strategies to engage decision-makers in the Middle East region; Develop and execute tailored sales plans to drive revenue growth; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new business opportunities; Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance; Identify and capitalize on new market trends and opportunities; Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Requirements: 5 years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of the Middle East region and its markets; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce.com) is a plus.
