Inside Sales Officer - LED

As a driven and strategic Air Freight Inside Sales Officer, you will work together with your colleagues under the Air Forwarding Department, more specifically under the Logistics Excellence Division (LED). In this versatile role, you will contribute to the air freight sales strategy. You will support the field service team, build strong customer relationships and contribute to the commercial success of the organization by providing fast, accurate and customer-oriented service. You will manage quotations by drawing up and following up on air freight offers in consultation with air divisions. You will handle customer contact by managing daily communication with (potential) customers via telephone, e-mail, and digital platforms. You will provide sales support by assisting field service colleagues with customer information, market analyses, and administrative tasks. You will take care of relationship management by building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities. You will solve problems by acting as a link in operational or logistical questions and escalations. You will manage CRM systems by keeping customer data, actions, and follow-ups up to date.
