Your Tasks

• You use your talent in sales to generate successful orders from offers in every conversation through competence and persuasiveness.

• Contact with our customers is limited to pre-qualified prospects, allowing you to fully concentrate on conducting successful closing calls.

• Your digital workstation is supported by a state-of-the-art CRM system that enables not only efficient but also transparent workflows, allowing you to always maintain an overview.

• Through your strategic approach and close collaboration with our highly motivated sales team, you will significantly contribute to the expansion and success of the largest energy company of the 21st century.

• You are able to guide conversations purposefully and work focused on a successful closing.

• With great motivation and commitment, you strive not only to achieve your sales targets but also to exceed them.

• Even in challenging situations, you remain calm and always keep an overview without losing motivation.

• You enjoy working in a team and actively contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.

• Your proactive approach and inner motivation drive you to pursue your goals with enthusiasm and determination.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
