Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d)
Job description
- As Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d) you are responsible for technical consulting on analysis services, sampling and requirements from existing and new customers.
- You create and review individual offers in close coordination with the Account Management team and ensure the plausibility of the documents.
- Your tasks also include developing technical solution concepts based on customer requirements and performance portfolios.
- You support in clarifying test parameters, methods, and test requirements with laboratory leadership and testing leadership.
- In addition, you are responsible for documenting sales activities in the CRM system and coordinating customer meetings and inquiries.
- Finally, as Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d), you are the good soul of the team and ensure close cooperation with interfaces such as the laboratory.
