Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) – AM Materials

About Us

Hoffmann AM, as part of the Hoffmann Group – within the SFS Group corporate network – is driving the additive manufacturing of tomorrow. We are currently building a new business unit: the sales of metal powders and polymers for LPBF and SLS processes. In this area, you will actively shape sales from the very beginning – with the backing of an established corporate environment.

Your Tasks

• You will actively generate and qualify new leads in the B2B environment (phone, email, LinkedIn)

• As a Closer, you will independently conduct sales meetings and close deals

• You will create and negotiate offers and manage order processing

• You will support our Business Development Manager operationally and have the opportunity to contribute strategically – from CRM maintenance to shaping the sales strategy

• You will keep an eye on market and competitor developments in the field of additive manufacturing

Your Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in Inside Sales – both in setting up and closing

• Strong communication skills, confident in negotiation, and results-oriented

• Initial exposure to 3D printing / additive manufacturing (LPBF, SLS) is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Structured, independent working style

• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office

• Fluent German and fluent English
