This is not a call center supervisor role . It is a strategic sales leadership position within a fast-paced organization that requires a unique blend of sales acumen, operational expertise, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies, process improvements, and team development. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base; Building and managing high-performing teams of Inside Sales Representatives; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and innovation; Analyzing sales performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making; Staying up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
