Your area of responsibility Active customer care and sales of high-quality products around healthy sleep Support for the outside sales team as a tandem partner*in Acceptance of customer calls, information about product ranges and creation of offers Independent and reliable processing of customer orders as well as complaint handling Maintenance and management of customer master data Conducting competent sleep consultations in the showrooms Participation in telephone marketing and at trade fairs to promote the company's products and services The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and motivation. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
