**Job Description:**
This position makes Sales calls and routine check-ins to existing and potential Clients to maintain and increase Revenue. He(She) investigates and analyzes historical shipping trends to ensure that the Client receives specific questions. This position responds to Client issues (e.g., Billing, shipping, etc.) to clarify, resolve, and address concerns. Performs other functions as requested.
