Qualification: Graduate or Pursuing Graduation Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by making cold calls, sending targeted emails, and engaging with potential clients on social media. • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and prospects using CRM software. • Meet or exceed monthly targets for new leads, conversions, and revenue growth. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Sales, Marketing, or related fields). • 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate sector. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com) is an added advantage.
