Inside Sales Engineer

We are looking for a driven inside sales engineer to strengthen the sales team and ensure smooth and efficient customer service. As the central point within our sales department, you will be the contact person for customers and ensure smooth processing of orders, quotes, and customer inquiries. In this job, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their orders and quote requests, and you will offer assistance in resolving any questions or complaints. You will work closely with the sales team to prepare quotes and contracts and ensure that customer data and sales administration remain up-to-date. Additionally, you will coordinate communication between different departments and provide both internal and external support for the commissioning of purchased goods, such as regulators, thyristor units, and drives.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or technical-commercial field is a plus, or experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Familiarity with automation products (PLCs, measurement and control technology) is a plus.
• Proficient in using MS Office and preferably CRM software.

• Permanent contract for an indefinite period
