Inside Sales Customer Service

JOB SUMMARY This position serves as the primary business contact for the customer and, along with the Account Manager, is responsible for the customer’s satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative is expected to support customers by managing reporting, communications, and pricing; collaborating with the Operations team to fulfill customer requirements; analyzing customer forecasts; and contributing to budget planning in coordination with the Sales team. This position acts as a liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key responsibilities include: • Managing reporting, communications, and pricing for customers; • Collaborating with the Operations team to fulfill customer requirements; • Analyzing customer forecasts; • Contributing to budget planning in coordination with the Sales team; • Providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication; • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner; • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions; • Identifying opportunities for growth and development within existing customer relationships. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
