Function Are you an administrative talent with a passion for numbers and technical configurations? For the datacenter facilities department, we are looking for an inside sales employee who will play a key role within the commercial pre-sales process of prefabricated modular data centers. In this new function: Work closely together with our Sales Manager. You are responsible for administrative support, cost calculations, and basic configurations. Ensure that each file is technically correct and complete. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and maintain an overview of the sales pipeline. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Participate in training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge. Contribute to the development of new sales strategies and processes. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and market analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
