Job description

As Inside Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers and help them choose the right car and additional services. Thanks to our warm leads, you can focus fully on sales and customer satisfaction – no cold acquisition!

What you will do:

Follow up on leads that come in through our platform via phone and email.
Map the customer's needs and advise on the most suitable car and services.
Answer questions about the purchase process and our service delivery.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales.
Take care of a smooth delivery process for the car at the customer's location.
