You will work in the fixed evening shift from 6 PM to 2 AM.

What will you do?
- Coordinate the packaging process and ensure an efficient packaging flow
- Lead and motivate the team of packaging operators
- Operate packaging and labeling machines and inspect finished products
- Sort non-conforming products and print labels
- Intervene yourself in minor malfunctions and involve the right people for larger technical issuesProfileWhat do we ask?
- Experience in a leadership role within a production environment
- Knowledge of different packaging installations is a great asset
- Practical mindset and willingness to work hands-on
- Strong analytical skills and technical insight
