We are the AWO District Association Nordsachsen e. V. – and for us, the human being is at the center. With almost 500 employees, we accompany people in different life situations: in kindergartens, care facilities, counseling services, and social services in the region of Nordsachsen. To ensure that good social work can continue to succeed in the future, we are continuously developing our organization – structurally, organizationally, and digitally.

For our AWO Office in Bad Düben, we are looking for an Innovations Manager as a staff position of the management team at the earliest possible time. For this position, funding is sought within the framework of the ESF Plus Program "InnoManager:in". You support the further development of our organizational and process structures.

Aufgaben

This is your area of responsibility:

You support our organization in making processes more understandable, practical, and future-oriented. At the center of your work is the ongoing process management project as well as the identification of meaningful digitalization and development opportunities. You will work closely with the management team, the process management project leadership, and various departments.

• You are responsible for analyzing existing processes, workflows, and interfaces
• You support the further development of our process management
• You conduct interviews and workshops and accompany these
• You identify optimization and automation potential
• You work on process documentation and landscape in ViFlow
• You check for suitable uses of digital tools and AI applications
• You support organizational and development projects
• You support with evaluations, documentation, and project reports

Qualifikation

• A university degree in a MINT-related field or a comparable qualification corresponding to the funding guidelines of the ESF Plus Program "InnoManager:in"
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Interest in organizational development, digitalization, and process design
• Safe handling of digital applications
• Communication skills and independent working style

• Multiple years of professional experience in organizational, process, or project work
• Knowledge of BPM tools like ViFlow
• Interest in digital innovations and AI applications
• Understanding of the special requirements of social organizations and their change processes
