Innovations Advisor: European Funding Projects – Focus on Start-ups (m/w/d)

What tasks can you expect at our company?

• You accompany start-ups and young companies strategically and operationally on their path to innovative products
• You identify and evaluate promising young companies based on technology, business model, market potential, and scalability
• You develop in close cooperation with the founding teams a suitable application strategy and create all application documents in English language
• You steer the entire application process and support the companies beyond that

What do you ideally bring?

• A completed technical degree and the ability to quickly understand and explain complex technologies
• Mostly 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an innovation, research, and development or advisory field
• Independent, responsible working style with high quality standards
• Very strong English skills in writing and speaking
• Entrepreneurial thinking, clear communication, and professional appearance
