Innovation & Venture Manager (m/w/d)

You want to build innovation, not just advise it? Then you're exactly right at the hoi startup factory. As Innovation & Venture Manager (m/w/d), you will work at the interface between startups, science and business, develop new innovation and workshop formats, spar with founders in early phases and bring ideas quickly into implementation. While building networks with companies, investors and partners and actively shaping a growing startup and innovation ecosystem in Northwest Germany.

Tasks

• Conceptualization and implementation of innovation and workshop formats for companies and partners of the hoi Startup Factory
• Counseling and sparring with founders in early phases of business model and company development
• Development and implementation of new programs and pilot formats to promote science-based spin-offs
• Identification and development of innovation and founding potential from science and business
• BUILDING and maintenance of relationships with investors and corporate partners
• Support in building a living startup and innovation ecosystem in Northwest Germany

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of economics, innovation, entrepreneurship or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in corporate consulting, venture building, in a startup or innovation environment
• Experience in developing and analyzing business models and new business strategies
• Pleasure in accompanying founders in the development of their ideas and coaching them
• Experience in moderating workshops and working with interdisciplinary teams
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured work approach
• Safe appearance in exchange with companies, research institutions and partners
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills
