Innovation R&D Engineer

Per our Research and Development team, we are looking for a creative mind passionate about engineering problem solving, an engineer with a strong propensity to research, able to challenge the current market with original and out-of-the-box solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a natural propensity to research and a keen intellectual curiosity, excellent inventive, creative, and analytical skills: we don't just look for a technician, but a talent that loves resolving complex problems, thinking outside the box, and developing innovative ideas. We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, has a strong sense of curiosity, and is able to think creatively and strategically. The candidate should have experience in designing and developing innovative solutions, be familiar with design thinking methodologies, and have a strong understanding of technology trends and innovations.
