Company Description Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Japan is establishing a new Digital Innovation entity in India to accelerate growth through customer intelligence, digital platforms, connected experiences, and next-generation mobility solutions. Headquartered in Bengaluru, this organization will combine Honda’s global scale with India’s technology ecosystem to build capabilities that directly influence product strategy, customer growth, and new business creation across India and other high-growth markets. The entity will focus on developing innovative products and services that leverage the latest technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT, and will work closely with Honda’s global teams to drive innovation and growth. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing digital strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers • Managing budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous learning and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, digital transformation, and innovation, with experience in developing and implementing innovative products and services that drive business growth. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is required, and an MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
