Innovation Lab Technician

We have built a unique membrane factory in the world, where we manufacture our units that provide a solution to the problem of hydrogen transport. For our development, we rely on the local industrial ecosystem and first-rate international investors. Our products produce and/or separate H2 on-site from different sources such as natural gas, biogas or ammonia. Our headquarters are located in Bilbao (Spain) and we are currently working on projects in Spain, France and Germany. About the role: We are looking for an Innovation Lab Technician to join our team. The Innovation Lab Technician will be responsible for supporting the R&D team in the development, testing and validation of new hydrogen separation and production technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and a desire to contribute to the development of a sustainable energy future. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the assembly, operation, and maintenance of experimental setups. * Perform experiments and collect data according to established protocols. * Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports. * Contribute to the design and improvement of experimental procedures. * Maintain accurate records of experiments and results. * Work collaboratively with other members of the R&D team. * Ensure the laboratory is organized, clean, and safe. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. * Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in a laboratory environment. * Experience with data acquisition and analysis software. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of hydrogen technologies is a plus.
