About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic, inquisitive self-starter to help us create the next batch of breakthrough products and build the most hyped new brands! You’re all over the latest, cutting-edge brands and the must-have products before anyone else and want to grow in an environment that is built around ideas and collaboration - where empowerment and learning is the name of the game and hands on experience is what you crave. This isn’t a role for someone to sit back & chill. This is a role for someone who wants to seize opportunities, take ownership and learn something new everyday.

You will be working closely with our VP of Innovation & NPD to fuel our innovation plan by helping us identify new opportunities and developing those ideas into new, disrupting, viral products and beauty brands.

* This internship will ideally commence in November 2025 and require candidates to commit full-time for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Market analysis to identify new products, brands, campaigns in the beauty industry
• Trend hunting
• Copy writing (for products, websites, campaigns)
• Proposing new product ideas
• Helping to write innovation briefs
• Product development to turn ideas into reality
• Assisting with new launch preparation

Requirements

Our ideal candidate is energetic, pays attention to detail and is extremely passionate about all things beauty and knows what's hot and what's not like the back of their hand. Our team doesn't sit back and wait for answers, we're proactive! We focus on what needs to be done and what exciting ideas can be developed - not what the limitations of the job description are.

• University student or recent graduate
• Prior experience working in a beauty brand is a huge advantage, innovation experience is a plus but not essential
• Marketing, Communications or Cosmetic Science background preferred; Chemistry is a plus
• Passionate about new trends, beauty innovation and brands
• Ability to collaborate effectively and directly with different teams
• Ability to visualise and present effectively
• Hungry to learn and grow
