Within our activity Innovation Performance, you play a key role in guiding and realizing funding trajectories for the innovative projects of our clients.

What you do:

• Analyze the innovation activities of our clients to identify relevant fiscal stimuli and R&D financing opportunities.

• Guide clients in mapping and qualifying their R&D activities within the framework of existing subsidy regulations and tax incentives.

• Prepare technical and financial dossiers to actually obtain these funding: gather information, perform calculations, and carefully compile complete dossiers.

• Support and advise clients in optimizing their R&D processes, with a focus on execution and compliance — not strategic project development.

• Manage multiple client projects parallelly, each with its own deadlines, workflows, and expectations: project management forms the core of this function.

• Contribute to Ayming's growth by recognizing and converting innovative opportunities into concrete projects.
