Innovation Engineer

Role Purpose: As Innovation Engineer your mission will be to execute and advance innovation projects within the Innovation & Laboratory Department, translating stakeholder inputs into validated technologies ready for transfer to the Product Platforms Department. Reporting directly to the Innovation & Laboratory Manager, you will plan and drive projects across the full lifecycle, from idea generation and Proof of Concept (PoC) development to validation, development gates, and structured technological transfer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs.
