About the Job
The "Innovation Center Lead" position is central to Allianz's innovation strategy, overseeing the operations of the Innovation Center where co-creation and showcasing of innovative solutions to internal customers occur. This role is responsible for the curation and realization of an engaging showroom with inspiring tech demos. It further includes developing and managing a comprehensive "service catalogue" that supports innovation teams with the resources and services they need to succeed. The Innovation Center Lead is dedicated to planning and executing events with internal customers and external partners from the Innovation Network, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. Embracing a customer-centric approach and leveraging diverse expertise, the Innovation Center Lead ensures that Allianz's innovation efforts are impactful and aligned with strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
