**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Innovation Architect to join our LATAM team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform innovation strategies
- Design and develop prototypes for new products or services
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of innovations

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, computer science)
- 5+ years of experience in innovation architecture or a related field
- Strong understanding of design thinking and human-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Nice to Have:**
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
