From our Standort in Bremen out support customers and partners in planning, introduction, and operation of their Endpunkt-Infrastrukturen – praxisnah, lösungsorientiert, and technisch fundiert.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

As Innendienstmitarbeiter:in PreSales & Support you are the technical interface between customers, partners, sales, and technology. You support in the technical Vorqualifizierung von Anfragen, accompany PreSales-Prozesse, and work actively in Support around our Hard- und Softwarelösungen with.

Deine AufgabenPreSales Innendienst

· Technical evaluation and qualification of customer and partner inquiries

· Support in the development of technical solution concepts and offers

· Participation in demos and proof-of-concepts

· Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and internal guidelines

· Processing of support requests (Ticket/E-Mail/Telefon)

· Analysis and limitation of technical issues around:

o Thin- und Zero-Clients o Linux-based operating systems o Central endpoint and device management solutions

· Support in initial configuration, updates, and best-practice setups

· Clean documentation of solutions and recurring themes

Zusammenarbeit & Qualität

· Close coordination with sales, technology, and product management

· Feedback sharing from PreSales and Support for continuous improvement of products and processes

Qualifikation

Dein Profil Fachlich

· IT-related education or comparable practical experience (e.g. IT support, system integration, PreSales)

· Good Linux foundation knowledge (shell, configurations, logs, basic troubleshooting)

· Basic network understanding (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)

· Interest in or experience with EUC- / VDI-environments

· Clear, friendly communication – even for complex technical topics

· Teamwork and reliability

· German: very good in writing and speaking

· English: good (technical communication, documentation)
