For a leading company in the building services sector, we are looking for an Interior Technician / Disponent HKLS (m/w/d) Service & Dienstleistung. As an Interior Technician / Disponent HKLS, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the technical maintenance of buildings. Your tasks will include: • Planning and coordination of technical maintenance measures, • Supervision of maintenance personnel, • Technical documentation and reporting, • Coordination with other departments (e.g., facility management, property management). Requirements for this position are: • Completed vocational training in the field of building services or a related field, • Several years of experience in the technical maintenance of buildings, • Good knowledge of building services technology and relevant regulations, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
