Aufgaben

Your tasks and areas of responsibility

In this role, you are responsible for identifying, applying for, and accompanying suitable funding opportunities, grants, loans, and credit options for InkuPlay. You support us in finding suitable financing options for growth, product development, innovation, and digitalization.

Your tasks include especially:

• Research, evaluation, and selection of suitable funding programs, grants, loans, and credit options at the regional, national, and European levels
• Preliminary preparation, creation, and submission of funding and loan applications
• Preparation of project descriptions, financial plans, business cases, evidence, and other application materials
• Communication with funding banks, public institutions, credit institutions, advisors, and external partners
• Accompaniment of ongoing funding and financing processes from application to approval, payment, and accounting
• Building and maintaining structured overviews of deadlines, budgets, funding quotas, repayment conditions, and reporting obligations
• Support in developing long-term financing strategies for growth, product development, and innovation
• Closely working with the management team, finance, product, and other internal teams

Qualifikation

Job requirements

You fit in well with us if you bring experience in funding, financing, or loan applications and enjoy structured, meticulous, and independent work.

You bring:

• Experience in researching, applying for, or managing funding, grants, public finances, loans, or credits
• Understanding of business economic connections, financial planning, liquidity planning, and project budgets
• Safe handling of numbers, deadlines, formal requirements, and application materials
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Communication strength in dealing with authorities, banks, funding agencies, and external partners
• Ideal knowledge of funding programs for startups, digitalization, technology, gaming, software development, or cultural and creative industries
