(Inclusive) Elementary Educator (m/w/d) for Kindergarten in 1170 Vienna

The Therapieinstitut Keil GmbH operates integrative kindergarten and school classes in Vienna. It is part of the Helga Keil-Bastendorff Private Foundation, a socially oriented, complex "Life's Work Foundation" that is not focused on profit-making. In heilpädagogical- and integration kindergarten groups, children up to the age of 6 with impairment of movement and/or perception as well as multiple disabilities are cared for by an interdisciplinary team of therapists, educators, and other professionals. The focus lies in the development of the child's potential, the promotion of their autonomy and self-determination, and the creation of a supportive environment that fosters social skills, emotional intelligence, and cognitive abilities. The kindergarten group is designed to be inclusive and open to children with different abilities and needs. The educators work closely together with parents, therapists, and other professionals to develop individualized educational plans that take into account the child's unique strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. The goal is to create a sense of belonging and community among all members of the kindergarten group, including children, educators, and families.
