Injection Molding Technician – Rubber and Plastic Sector Today Work Spa – Agency for Labor Branch of Montebelluna seeks, for a company in the rubber-plastic sector, a resource to be inserted as: Injection Molding Technician – Rubber and Plastic Sector
Workplace: Country (TV) Working hours: Full-time, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and from 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm Contract: initial fixed-term contract in supply, with a prospect of direct hiring

The resource will be inserted within the production department and, after a period of mentoring, will be responsible for:

• Analyze 3D designs provided by the technical office to understand the specifications of the required product
• Make necessary changes to molds based on design and injection molding tests
• Manage and monitor injection molding tests until the finished product is realized
• Control the production process and ensure the quality of the result
• Collaborate with the production team and, if necessary, coordinate resources involved in processing

The ideal candidate has:

• Prior experience in injection molding
• Ability to read and interpret 3D designs
• Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability and autonomy in operations
• Aptitude to work in a team and leadership skills for supporting/mentoring colleagues
