• You have successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or are a career changer (m/f/d) with corresponding experience and motivation
• You have practical experience in IT Support (First and Second Level), Customer Support, Telephone Support, or User Helpdesk
• You are also enthusiastic – just like us – about the Modern Workplace and topics such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
• You can confidently handle and document ticket systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, Helpline
• When it comes to incidents and requests, you always have an overview because you always keep a cool head
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, ideally complemented by good English skills, round off your profile
• Your open and friendly demeanor always makes our customers feel comfortable and happy to receive your help
• Your work is characterized by your good technical and analytical skills
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and are happy to take on new challenges
