Tasks

In consulting projects:

• Process and organizational consulting:
  You analyze, optimize, and implement business processes in the insurance industry. Your focus is on digitalization, automation, customer experience, workflow optimization, and introducing agile organizational structures.
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung:
  You take over project leadership or part of a project, steer timelines, quality, and budget, and ensure that results are reliably implemented.
• Strategic consulting:
  You accompany our clients in developing forward-looking concepts that strengthen their business models and secure long-term success.

Internally at 3A:

• Innovation and business development:
  You develop innovative solutions, identify new opportunities, and shape our consulting portfolio actively to support our clients in a forward-looking manner.
• Network maintenance:
  You build sustainable relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and maintain your professional network over the long term.
• Internal participation:
  You bring yourself actively into internal decision-making processes and support the team in strategic, organizational, and operational topics.

Qualification

• Educational background & studies:
  You have completed an education as an insurance broker or equivalent and/or a study with relevance to the insurance industry, such as insurance, business administration, economics, computer science, or engineering.
• Professional experience:
  You have several years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally in consulting, project management, or transformation projects.
• Fachliche Kompetenz:
  You understand insurance processes, have a sense for efficiency improvement and digitalization, and bring knowledge in business process management or related methods with you.
• Selbstständigkeit & Eigeninitiative:
  You work structured and independently, take responsibility, and bring your own ideas actively into play.
• Empathy & consulting competence:
  You advise partners on an equal footing, recognize customer needs, and build trust-based relationships.
• Teamwork & responsibility:
  You work well in a team, enjoy the scope for action, and take responsibility for your projects and results.
• Digital competence:
  You are confident in using MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations.
• Flexibility & mobility:
  You are willing to travel to customers as needed and appreciate the possibility of working up to 100% remotely.
