Our artificial intelligence is leading the simulation of AI tactics for the battlefield and our "Labor" Defense Metaverse is recognized as key technology.

The mission of 21strategies is: Tactical superiority.

We also address the social & ethical dimension, including the question of how to put "ethical values into the machine" (value-based engineering).

Although only five years old, our dynamic team of around 30 people has already established a high reputation among leading military and institutions.

Tasks

We value qualities like responsibility, self-motivation & independence, structure, integrity, customer orientation, and organizational skills (task tactics).

We are looking for personalities, preferably with a background as a soldier and/or in the defense field, who bring a balance of forward momentum, reflectiveness, and social skills.

Qualification

In terms of expertise, we are looking for employees with an IT background. Interesting fields include (technical) computer science, systems engineering, game development, mathematics, and mathematical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, military technology, aerospace technology.
For programmers, excellent knowledge of C++, database design, and simulation technologies is required.

In addition, we need regularly engaged specialists, e.g., with a legal or financial/wirtschaftswissenschaftlich background, project managers, business development employees, or people with social science studies, e.g., for a value lead.

• Structured working style, teamwork, and passion for autonomous systems
• Good communication skills and social competence
• Good German and negotiation-safe English
• High motivation, reliable, and self-sufficient in remote work, and proactively solving problems
• Personal suitability for a security check (Ü2)
